COVID-19 BOOK WITH
CONFIDENCE POLICY

UPDATE FOR 2022 BOOKINGS:

Enjoy making plans in 2022 with our Covid-19 ‘Book with Confidence’ policy.

We want you to look forward to your staycation, that’s why we’re automatically applying our updated ‘book with confidence’ policy to all existing and new bookings for 2022.

The policy provides you with more reassurance through Covid-19 and Government Guidance.

FOR HOTEL BOOKINGS:

If you can’t travel or make your reservation due to testing positive for Covid-19, and you’ve been asked to self-isolate by the NHS app or a health official, you can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking. If you need to cancel between 25-48 hours before your reservation we will waive any administration charges to move your dates. If you need to cancel with under 24 hours notice, the first nights charge will be taken in full but we will move the date/s of subsequent nights. Please note, if you rebook dates that are a higher nightly rate than your original booking then you will be liable to pay the difference. You will be asked to send evidence of your positive test result, this must show your email address and the date to be accepted.

FOR LODGE BOOKINGS:

Our normal cancelation applies as: 

More than 28 days: Full refund

7 days - 28 days: 75% refund

49 hours - 7 days: 50% refund

Less than 48 hours: No refund*

When rebooking, you must meet the minimum nights stay requirement for your chosen room type. You will be asked to send evidence of your positive test result, this must show your email address and the date to be accepted.

Important Information:

We are not obliged to process a refund due to self-isolation, any refund/ partial refund given due to a positive test result is at our discretion and is subject to evidence being provided. We recommend you purchase travel insurance prior to booking your stay with us.
